This week we learned about Johnny Appleseed, a great American Hero. After a week of "apple activities", we relaxed and made fried apples to enjoy. The children had a great time and loved trying the fried apples!

- Welcome! My name is Nichole Siravo and I will be your child's second grade teacher. I received both my undergrad and Masters in Education from Bowling Green State Universtity. I have been teaching for four years and truly feel blessed to be in my profession. In my spare time I enjoy reading, boating and traveling with my husband, walking my dogs, Zoe and Gracie, and being with my family and friends. It is so great that you have started this blog! I am taylor's aunt and live in Boston. We are very close and this is another great way to keep tabs on her! I was also Kylie's nanny for 1 year. Can't wait to see the next post!
Hi, I'm Jeremy's Grandma H. It's nice to see what your doing in second grade. My class at Glendale/Feilbach studied Johnny Appleseed too. We made applsauce.
