Today we boarded The Polar Express and headed to Mexico. (only the weather wasn't too warm! :)) We learned about the holiday of Las Posadas.

Mrs. Bostdorff read The Legend of the Poinsettia.
Logan enjoyed cheese quesadillas.
Mrs. McQuillin was our chef today!
The children made luminaries.
Last they enjoyed breaking open the pinata- a traditional Mexican game the children love to play!
